Six years ago, we all died a little when Nick Saban left. I had never even heard of Les Miles. Miles has out achieved Nick in my opinion. I wish that Les would stay, but if he leaves we will be fine.
We have won crystal balls with our last two coaches and we will win crystal balls with our next one too whenever that will be. Put up the money to get a quality pick. Remember God is an lsu fan.
I agree. But imagine how much worse off we would be if Miles was forced out or fired. Him leaving on his own accord would be infinitely better.
Difference is I had more faith in Bertman to make the right hire. I don't have the same confidence in Alleva.
I like the confidence but there is just no way to know that. LSU spent the better part of two decades in the football wilderness after Mac packed. I will give a hugh sigh of relief when Miles decides remain here for a long time.
I agree we will be ok,in fact, much more than ok, but a point, God is a Tar Heel, otherwise, why is the sky Carolina Blue?
How many last minute miricales has lsu pulled out of thin air? If God isn't a tiger then the angels sure are.
I don't disagree, but think about it. Would YOU want to fill a position that had previously been filled by two men in a row who had reached the pinnacle of the profession?
