I am hoping the 2:30 time is just a default schedule listing. Hopefully some of them get switched to night games. Especially since every announcer notes the difference, and who the hell else do people want to watch at night? Boise? Oregon? Gimme a break.
I am thinking AU game will be ESPN at night and WV could be the same. OM at 11am just doesn't seem right but might not be a night game either.
there should be a state law banning home games for lsu before 2:30. and that is a compromise! the 11 a.m. crap needs to be stopped completely!
i don't want to hear crap from Bama fans about schedules anymore because this is Satan's 2nd trip to Baton Rouge as a gump for a freakin day game. Sucks, Sucks, Sucks!!!!!
Look at the LSU web site. They don't show any day games and rightfully so. The only known game times and TV broadcasts are the first three games. Everything after that will be in accordance with the SEC's TV contract. Like previous years, most game time and TV broadcast announcements will be two weeks prior. I don't know where DD got his info, but I bet he didn't get it from CBS.
that's actually a great idea. then the networks would be forced to work around it, BY LAW. hell, LA has laws on the books for a lot less important crap than this!
the ONLY exception should be for hurricane games, if there is gonna be an evacuation, just to get the game in. emergency use only. hell, get the lege to do something useful!
I gotta say the Appalachian State game was some experience for me. Never have I woken up at 7:30AM and left the house to go to a football game in my life and to stand for a couple hours in the smoldering heat...while the vendors charged $5 for a liter of water. I did enjoy the "Contra! Flow!" cheers in pre-game instead of the "Geaux! Tigers!"
You're wrong there! Bear Wrestling, Illegal Gargling in Public, and the prohibtions on making false promises and "fake" wrestling matches are all way more important!!!!!:thumb:
