This from the Sheila that thinks 35% & 65% is a 50/50 split of rushing & passing. Speaking of outdated relics, you are no longer a "Minion". You've managed to somehow join the ranks of The Pink Ladies.
@BayouBengal014 So far 3 are terrified of the schedule, as if this is the first time an LSU team has played a some ranked teams. 2011 played 9 ranked teams, went 13-0 won the SEC. 2007 played 8 ranked teams, won the SEC & NC. Anyone here ever come out during any of the 10 or 11+ win years & say 9-3 would be great &/or overacheving? Frick No! Quite the opposite occurred. tDecliine & tMediocrity has started @LSU. It's a sad state of affairs. Fans handle climbing back down from the platform dive in different ways. Admitting the fear is fairly honest. Others "Accidentally" drop a contact lens into the pool & feign blindness. Others didn't see Alleva & 'da boys greasing up the handrails..making it a free fall tumble.
Not really. If the Ohio State QB can really pass, maybe the E/O boys can send receivers to their "designated areas". I guess we would have to thank Urban & Kliff Kingsbury for the WR he sat down. We don't have many SEC size RBs, meaning scatbacks will likely play a lot. But mostly, I see this season as Dave Aranda's tryout for a good Head Coaching job.
Why don't you save your pessimism until after they actually play a few games. Since izzy, the other gloom and doomer who started this thread predicting 6-6, what is your prediction?
Because when there is no dissenting opinion, this board, grinds painfully to a halt. Only so much of Shane's towel snapping each other, & "Atta Boy Furdicknfish!" until you find yourself wearing pink. I predicted 7-5. Could be off by a game either way, it's just a prediction. I don't even think it's particularly pessimistic. I think more realistic.
