Look sarge I don't know who you are but I was in the AF too 1964 to 1968. Clinton Sherman AFB, Elmendorf AFB, TDY Tua Hoa Vietnam finished up back at Elmendorf. I don't know if you were a lifer or what but if you don't like getting insulted just don't jump into my post not meant for you. These guys here can handle themselves without you riding in like a white knight and saving the day. Some here just hate our coaches which brought us a once in a lifetime NC. It's just my style to pound them and they either put me on ignore like fordouchenflush or like to spar with me. Other than that I sincerely thank you for your 20 years service.
Kind of lost in the shoe trowing incident is that Kole Taylor (the LSU player who lost the shoe) was starting his 1st game in place of Gilbert at TE. He had 4 catches. He patiently waited his turn and his reward will be being remembered as being involved in one of the most important plays in a game that will be talked about by LSU Tiger fans for years. Hopefully more great plays to come from him in the next few seasons.
