Bringing the thread back on track, tonight I was offered a free ticket to the game. I turned it down. "Are you nuts???" you say? "How could you do that????" you say. Simple really. Lifetime, the Tigers are 0-4 in Tiger Stadium vs Alabama, when I am in the stands. You're welcome.
I should have been more specific. The comment was more or less alluding to the inability of many to actually face up to LSU's unparalleled offensive inferiority. These persons resort to either personal attacks or spewing their classic one liners such as "if only the receivers would quit dropping the ball". I play pretty loosely on the forums as well though. So, it's really all fair game and only serves to make the dialogue all the more entertaining.
With just a quick glance I realized that I mistyped the above comment. It made absolutely no sense in its previous form. It's now corrected.
I cringe any time our offense takes the field, but I like our chances tonight. Unlike what many "fans" are saying. And for the record, if the receivers hadn't been dropping the fucking ball this year, we'd be looking a lot more efficient.
Like the 4 drops in the first half last night, all drive killers, but I'm sure some will blame Mett for that too....
We had a ball last night. 296 yds passing ! Over 400 yds total offense against the "#1" defense in the nation. Our team rocked! We may have lost the game but them tigers played some damn strong football. We sat in the lower bowl south west corner. Awesome seats and great time. It was loud. Like a jet turbine loud.
Agreed game was awesome, stadium was rockin! As loud as any game I've been to, seats were great, people around us were awesome.....paying for all the fun today, but well worth it
