I appreciate and respect your stance. I also respect the work youre out there doing for the community. I have to disagree though. The majority of Christians are easily offended by something that goes against their belief. Which is why they always say keep politics and religion out of the conversation at work. People are adamant about both.

Ive always been open minded and respectful to the belief of others. Ive always been able to have conversations with others no matter our disagreeing stance. I try to see why they feel the way they do. Sadly, most people dont try to take that stance, rather they get mad.

Anyways, I totally agree with everything you said about the alteration. Ultimately, like I said. I feel the US is far too politically correct as to not offend anyone. Its usually those in the minority we walk on egg shells for. People need to lighten up in general.

Agreed. But people who wear their religion on their sleeves are often not the admirable ones.

Well, It's a symbol of Christianity, and not associated with peace by non-Christians.

Absolutely. We are free to do that.

No. We are also free to take offense.

    Absolutely.

If they are Christians they should just forgive LSU.

It seems as though public entities are uniformly succumbing. Behold the wonders of are overly litigious society. I don't have an opinion one way or the other regarding any religious affiliation. Still, the crosses were rather insignificant and should not have been altered. Note, I would hold the same view regardless of the symbol and its inferred affiliation to any religion.

While I disagree with the editing of the pictures, such is life today. I'm not implying that one should yield to the forces of political correction. Just in this case, it shouldn't be unnecessarily advanced past a certain level.
