Throwing the ball to first is part of it. It would be one thing if it happened just once, it happened twice and the he fell apart. The point is a freshman went out there and gave up 3 and then went on to shut out a team in 8 straight.

 

It's nice to finally get a win in the new stadium. Now, let's geaux and win this thing.

 

Many baseball players get the yips. It's usually a position player however. His fielding percentage is probably better than langes.

Yep, Jared Saltalamacchia was the guy I was trying to think of. Saw him play here in Okc couldn't throw back to the pitcher. Crazy

Now it's Jon Lester a pitcher. He threw his glove with the ball in it this season because he couldn't throw to first anymore. Crazy stuff.
