    I think it is a mistake to make any coaching decisions based on recruiting. If they are great recruiters, but stink as coaches, they hurt the team in the long run. I know a lot of people put a lot of stock in recuiting, and it is important. But coaching the players well when they get here is a lot more important.

    Look what being a great recruiter did for Orgeron's success at GTHOM.

    Absolutely. The only criteria in deciding whether or not to retain a coach should be based solely on his success as a coach.

    Unless you are $aban and then you can use webcams, carrier pigeons, decoder rings, etc.
