We did it!!!! Just received several applications to put us over the top. We now have 200+ applications. Well lets just say that I've been pulled over specifically once for my 2003 National Champion license plate guard thing that goes around the tag itself. The pig actually had the nerve to tell me that it is against the law to have anything surrounding a MS tag. And he told me if he saw me again on a later date and if it was still on he would give me a ticket for it......what's so funny is that if he was half the pig he thought he was he would've noticed my Louisiana state inspection sticker expired in NOV 2002. The hell with it.....I'm gonna send mine in tomorrow :tigereye:
Have had mine for a week now (p/u tag #193 is now my avatar ); my daughter is #194; and ordered one (#289) for my new crossover suv. We're in Picayune/Pearl River County.
I'm 150 in Lauderdale County. I also have my big "LSU 2007 Nat'l Champs" sticker on the back. Oh and I think ours look better than the ones in LA...:thumb:
I was thinkin' the same thing...they should open it up throughout the SEC...make all teams plates available in each state but OT...you know the Fl plates for heart DZ w/ the heart in the middle and I support heasrt disease on the bottom....we saw one w/ an "I" then the heart symbol the "LSU" after it...I was sooo ticked I didn't think of it! no more complaining...back to the MS folk being happy and excited :thumb:
