I've always heard good things about Doug e fresh. I think this is a good get for us. His only bad showing was with ole yeller but that's like being a QB coach under les miles. Just too much working against you. He did his best work with Jake locker on those uw teams. Or maybe aj McCarron his last season with gump u. I think he could be a net positive. We need all the help we can get.
He'll have to fight of Jorge Munoz the demoted USL Offensive coordinator. Also O has "Created" position for Billy Busch from Rutgers as a Safeties coach. Poor Corey Raymond...'bout to be Finched?

As part of his new deal Aranda has complete autonomy over who his defensive assistants are. He had previously worked with Busch at Wisconsin. Rumors are that Raymond has turned down an offer to join A&M's staff and also that he has interviewed with the Miami Dolphins. Can't blame anybody if he takes a job he perceives to be better than the one he has.
