    so, the ball passed over his knees and hit the dirt before the catcher touched it with his glove? wow!

    Well they never showed an angle that had the ball passing over his knees. Maybe they showed you a different replay. All I know is that when the catcher has to trap a ball in the dirt, it's called a ball.

    wrong again. i clearly saw a replay that showed the ball passing above the knees.
    how can i see a different replay than everyone else? too many people here remove their purple and gold glasses. the umps/refs DON'T cheat against us. they are human and make bad calls now and again.
    so, are you saying the ball hit the ground before his glove?
    i know what i saw. i saw the ball pass above the knees. i don't know what else to say. you obviously won't budge and i sure as hell won't either because I know i'm right. so, keep believing what you want to. when i first saw the play, i thought it was a bad call, but after seeing the replay, i saw the ump make the correct call.
