It would be nice. I was around for Pete and he was the best but there was no foundation built on his time. Dale really did it. I was at the game we beat Kentucky for the first time in forever. Dwayne Scales and Rudy Mcklin were fantastic but Floyd the Dubberly Dude's flush of a miss is what put us over in that game. One of the beat times ever in the Assembly Center. Dale almost brought us to the summit but couldn't quite get there. Since him LSU BB has been a shadow even the promise of the final fours with Big Baby et al were but echos. Hopefully Wade can make a lasting change to LSU BB but I need proof before I can give my heart again.
