Good deal. I couldn't stay up to listen since I'd been up for 36 hours but glad they got the win. Confidence builder.

I had only watched about a half of LSU basketball (this year) until last night. Went to the game and sat a few rows behind LSU's bench.

Although undersized, I think the Hickey/Stringer duo can be good enough to win and Turner adds the needed additional threat from the perimeter.

Hamilton & O'Bryant started last night and showed flashes but were way too passive on D at times and need to move their feet better. Storm brought some energy off the bench and played well overall. The team needs an identity and I think it needs to start with interior defense. With the luxury of having four quality big men (yet no superstar out of the group), we need them to be aggressive and physical for 40 minutes.

I didn't see any of the game last night, but was glad to hear Storm knocked down the clutch free throws to get the W. Something like that can be huge for a team like ours.

Great effort, ragged performance, and a good W. I have to admit when we were down 10 in the first half I thought we might get blown out of the gym. I think the full week between games helped with the comeback. We had just enough to grind it out.

This team is going to be very up and down, but overall the talent is a lot better than it was in the past two seasons. Still want to see Trent coax a bit better decision making and floor awareness out of the team as a whole.
