Who will be at the opening game? You know, the one for THE LSU basketball team. Season Predictions anyone? - Second in the SEC West - One SEC tourney win - Sweet 16 appearance in NCAA tourney Remember, we are talking about THE LSU basketball team.
I'll won't make the Jackson St game. My son has a jr high basketball tourney. and I'm also working. I'll make the Alcorn St game though.
Won't be at the men's football game either? I'll be at the first game since we usually go to the TAF thing in the pmac before football games. Now we get to see the basketball team play too. And as far as the season goes, I'm not sure. I would like to say #1 or #2 in the west, but I want to see them play first.
I'll probably be there. 23-11 (8-8), a trip to the SEC Tournament Championship game, and a #11 seed in the NCAA tournament.
20 or so wins. 3rd in West (Bama MSU) 12 seed in dance. 1 and done. not enough guard play . . . yet. things are on the up and up, though.
Behind Bama or MSU...? Most of you know that basketball is really my thing. It really hasn't been the same though since my uncle died but I'm trying to get back into it full force again.
Great, now go brush up on it, come back and tell us how we have no chance of beating Bama in Bball this year.
I cant say that, because I'm not sure we will have a good team this year. Steele is back and looks to be 100% which is always good... Gee is still Gee. Still lazy. JayMichael Green is a freshman sensation that will get some boards, but in the Crimson/White game, he looked lost. M. Torrence looks to have improved BIG TIME in the offseason. He really looks good on his shot and ball handling. Senario Hillman looks like he really improved his jumper. Now maybe he can do something more than dunk on people. Our bigs are less than impressive. Hard workers under the boards and on defense, but not much on scoring. We will really miss Hendrix and Riley. We will also live and die on the perimeter this year--which isn't a good thing to say about your team. The SEC is down this year (besides Tennessee). The west is wide open. No clear favorite at all.
