Even though we lost by 6 today this young team showed a lot of resilency. They were down by 21 in the second half and pulled with within 3 with about a minute left.

The only glaring weakness was our turnovers --- 26. That is ugly. I think we will mature and this number will go down.

Good news is we finally have a point guard. Bo Spencer the freshman from Baton Rouge ran the point beautifully today. We have scorers as well with Marcus Thornton and Chris Johnson as well as Spencer. This Tiger team might surprise some people.

That was very nice to see as well as our outside shooting. I hope they do not rely on it but it is pleasant to know we have a few shooters.

It's gonna be fun to watch this team play more and grow....Spencer's gonna be good before he leaves.

We would've been so much better last year with even a decent PG.

I agree, Spencer looked good today

Spencer is awesome. I'm unsure why they waited so late to offer him, but he is really playing strong. I said he wouldn't be a SEC caliber point guard, but I might be wrong.

Well, in Brady's press conference in the beginning of the season, he pretty much said he doesn't have the "mass" to play inside the paint, so he's counting on outside shooting and run/gun style of play.

no, he didn't; was suspended for the fall semester and injured himself in his first game back.

Damn, forgot about that. Well... as I was inferring LSU has always had trouble with turnovers.

I was only able to watch the last minute of the game...Heard they made a good comeback..I thought they should've fouled when they were down by 3...It is a 35 second shot clock, they needed to extend that game...I know they had a chance to get the rebound but, still, gotta make the game longer.
