    Kentucky never had a 10 pt at any time in the game. LSU had a 7 pt lead in 2nd half.

    Oh well, what I saw of it we were fairly nervous playing UK, Waters and Reath had strong games, Mays was out of control and made a bunch of bad decisions. We didn’t get blown out; that’s a plus.

    Just saw on ESPN that Pistol Pete died 30 years ago today. While he was already in the former player / legend status when I was a kid, this still makes me feel old.
