injuries suck for sure. the loss of miller is shit luck.

kentucky is battling injuries to ball wizards tyty washington and sahvir wheeler, both of whom got hurt vs lsu and have lingering problems. LSU and kentucky are the teams that have been most hampered by injuries. also i think they are the teams closest to auburn, who is elite nationally.

auburn picked up 5 star walker kessler from north carolina. what a huge get that was! it made auburn what they are, to have that big white monster protectin the rim, leaving jabari jr to run around and be athletic.

that would be sweet if will wade poaches a 5 star like that next year. its wild that elite players like this just pick up and move and star somewhere else, i am still getting used to it.

penny hardaway is playing with an army of elites at memphis, but he is a terrible coach, would be nice to grab those guys as they leave that sinking ship

one of martin's many axioms: dont hire good players to coach. hire student managers that never played the game. (possible exception is baseball catchers that were never very good. they can coach)

coaches have no interest in being honest about injuries. the smart coaches are always lying about it.

also injuries are by nature unpredictable

I guess we can agree to disagree. If you look at WW's record at LSU, he was won 68 percent of his games which isn't very impressive when you consider the state of the league since he's been there. For the past 10 years, Kentucky and Florida have pretty much carried the league, but both have been average at best the last three or four years. I can't remember a game in the last three years that LSU has played that they didn't have equal, and most of the time, better talent than the opposing teams. Most people consider Auburn to have the best team in the league, but I feel like LSU has just as much talent as they do. The difference is they have a coach that knows how to make adjustments in the game that will help them have a better chance to win the game. WW doesn't make any adjustments during a game. WW's record translates to three losses out of every ten games, which IMO is dismal when you have more talent than basically every team you play. That is coaching and WW simply isn't a great in-game manager.

You can disagree all you want. The fact of the matter is for the last 3 years LSU has won more games in the SEC than any other school. You can bitch, moan, complain, claw at your face but it isn't going to change it. Maybe that changes this year, have to wait and see but as of now it is still in the books.

4-7 5 minutes in; so many points left on the court; looks like the refs are back at it

God this is terrible. The only way they can score is to dunk and they've missed two of those.

    Shit Show!
