Wow, that’s a delayed reaction. I love WW, but I am not blindly obedient. Bringing Miles into the conversation was to make a point on only valuing the W/L column. I thought you were smart enough to get that.
reid coming in, i assumed he was a one and done 5 star. he clearly is not. i wonder if his staying will cause jerrel colbert to transfer. hope, not as a colbert is an interesting player. he was the assumed starter at center coming in to the season before the late reid signing.
i saw him play a complete game at nicholls preseason and he was pretty athletic. in todays transfer world, i dunno what wade will tell him to keep him, because when reid stays he surely knows his minutes will be tiny
the most interesting bit from the presser today is that wade believes the refs call more fouls early to set the tone, and by bringin in eason later and not starting him, eason is protected from those early calls.
new lineup for next year, with eason clearly a first rounder gone, and 5 star marvel allen incoming. 1. gaines, williams, allen 2. miller, murrray 3. mwani, fudge, ree, 4. philips, shareef, ezewiro 4. reid, colbert. allen, miller, and williams are all combo guards that can play either G . i am starting allen low in the depth chart as i think he will be a midseason early enrollee and will be behind. like fudge who didnt play as an early enrolee, and williams, who is playing now as one.
When I first read it I thought you were saying he was a 5 star marvel at basketball named allen. Never known someone with a first name of Marvel? Sixth straight year Wade has brought in a 5 star recruit. Damn strong.
