the miles thing is a deflection from my point. i dont really care or know enough about football to have a strong opinion. whoever is football coach is coach and so what. i like da hoopz. high flying dunks and whatnot. i have season tix to basketball and never miss a game, and i have been to 1 football game in 30 years (bama 2018) correct that is how cogent logic works.
I get what martin is saying, the ultimate goal is to win the game and that is absolutely true. The other side is even with our great defense we are going to have to figure out how to score more points. Yes, we scored enough tonight but Ky helped with that. One of the things that comes with playing great defense is you pick up a lot of fouls and sometimes quickly and that is going to be an issue when we run into teams that can light it up. I think this is the "improve" angle and I 100% agree with it. This team, as is, will go nowhere if we don't come up with a way to score more points. I don't care if that means get better from 3, figure out how to score from the paint, run better plays all of the above and some I didn't mention but it HAS to get better or we are slow dancing in a burning room (my favorite John Mayer song btw)
