seems like his significantly higher winning percentage is better. do you understand the difference between counting stats and rate stats? X number of hits is a baseball counting stat. batting average is a rate stat. it indicates the chance you get a hit. so you can have lots of hits, over a long career, and have a terrible batting average and be shitty. so if you have two players, and one has played 20 years and the other has played 2, you cant compare counting stats. because the person who has played more has the advantage. a coach that goes to the NCAA tournament once every 10 years, that coaches 40 years, will have 4 tournament appearcances but you would rather have the young coach that has just gone to 3 consecutive, even though 4>3. do you understand why? i dont think you do, which is why this discussion goes nowhere and you resort to ridiculous nonsense about politics. maybe your hero obama, whom you keep praising, told you thats a smart strategy.
good news, south carolina is also terrible, and will get lit up this weekend. need arkansas to get beat so we can pass then up and take 4rth, and get the double bye. yunno, i used to think the double bye was important, becuse you could enter the SEC tournament fresh and play some good teams and get a late boost for your NET and efficientcy rankings etc. but recently it appears that the NCAA is a bunch of dumbfucks that have the whole thing filled out before the tournaments are over and they cant be bothered to move teams up and down based on tournament performance. i guess really its good to get the double bye to get some good practive late vs quality teams.
if we only had a coach that could maximize talent.... Cody Worsham@CodyWorsham Here's a better version of this tweet. When Pinson, Eason, and Murray are on the floor, LSU outscores opponents by 60.8 points per 100 possessions, adjusted. That's the best trio in the country.
Pinson is the glue that holds it all together, we need him to stay healthy. Eason is really the only guy that can create for himself.
