There were times in the 13th and 14th innings I was hoping they'd call the game. Glad they didn't. Off to hit the sack. Later.
Won against 5 SEC teams this year, Beat LSU twice and swept Bama. If they sweep against ULL this weekend they will have 40 wins heading into regionals. RPI around 27 compared to LSU's 23. Longest win streak in the NCAA before tonight. I'd say that is a good win.
37 page, 555 post thread and growing... Imagine what this will be like in post-season when the lurkers start to post. LSU baseball is alive and well! :tigbas:
Sorry my post is so late. I had to work late. I listened on the radio. I wish I could have been here with you guys. #1 SEED IN A REGIONAL!!! Now lets sweep Auburn and make it 4 in a row!!!!!!!!!
LSU gave me something to listen to on my way back to BR after the Hornets game. :thumb::thumb: Man did Hawthorne want the game to end during that broadcast. He sounded MISERABLE. "Bradshaw came into the game in the 12th inning and is leaving before the 14th, so he pitched two innings...."
Way To Go Tigers!!! Keep it up. Nice Win. When i lived in Houston i saw a 22 inning game in the Astrodome Astros won in bottom of 22 at 2:00 in the morning against the dodgers. Stayed to see the end and they won it off the dodgers third baseman pitching. Will never forget that game as long as i live. I had hemorroids and by the end i had to stand because of the discomfort of sitting. I know I know Too much info.......
If I got hemorroids from sitting in the stands of a ballgame, I doubt I'd ever forget that game as long as lived, either. Or does this happen a lot to you?
