Yes we are. From some of the reports that I have been reading, it appears that the fans/locals of Omaha are just as excited to see LSU back as we are. I guess our southern hospitality is the life of the party.

I feel better, now that we are in "Alex Box North"....every year, I always feared the Regional Louisiana teams ie. Tulane,UNO etc. But the Super Regional really made me sweat. Once we are in the "Blatt" I feel a calmness. But not having any experienced players on the team, could get to our nerves. But there's always tons of LSU fans from the surrounding area, coupled with the Die hard Fans that make the trip from Louisiana. Im willing to bet there's a lot of Gold in the stands...

Speaking from past experience Old Bandit, the people in Omaha absolutely love us. Last time I was there in 2000, just walking up and down the streets around the stadium was a treat. The merchandise tents were all set up, and every local working them all made it a point to tell me how much more fun it is when LSU is in Omaha.

They do love when LSU fans are in town because it is always a party and we fill their pockets. I read an article where some of the establishments are planning special Mardi Gras parties, boiling crawfish, and getting shipments of community coffee for our fans.

Well, that would all make sense, I mean we do know how to bring the party, no matter where we are. GEAUX TIGERS.

Regardless of the outcome, this team has far exceeded expectations than anyone can imagine, and has already established itself as a very special and beloved team in the hearts of the Tigers faithful. I feel both calm and excitement about this team in the CWS.

So, let's play REFUSE TO LOSE BALL!:thumb:
