per rivals article... LSU goes for its fourth straight SEC sweep Saturday afternoon in the regular season finale. The last time LSU swept four straight conference series was in 1991. However, one of those series was reduced to two games because of a rainout. LSU has never swept four consecutive three-game SEC series. The Tigers have also never won 12 consecutive league games in one season. LSU did win 16 straight conference games over two seasons in 1990 and 1991. http://lsu.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=808696
Horse Racing on the tv and LSU baseball on the net it doesnt get much better unless I had football in the ear.
The Tigers are putting in new players today to give them some experience. Hope they keep up the winning.
What an exciting month of Tiger baseball we have had. It feels really good to be back where we belong. A nice sweep over the want to be tigers would be a really fun way to end the SEC regular season. Then off to make some noise in tournament play. I just love this time of year. Thanks Tigers for bringing it back, I missed it. To all of you who do such a great job with the play by play, thank you as well. I wouldn't be getting to enjoy the games with out you.
