when we swept sc, they were ranked #12. Ky was ranked #18 going into the weekend. (baseball america rankings.) not bad. :thumb:
CPM finally settled on a rotation and some semblance of a regular line up. After that the timely hits showed up and the pitching seems to be kicked up a notch. Skip used to have all that settled by the first weekend of SEC ball. Maybe with returning players next year that will happen. Seems like coach found his groove at the right time to have a productive year. All in all a good job.
One thing I dont think Ive EVER seen happen before this weekend. Bradford made an appearance in all three games....with Sat being the double header. Kid seems to handle the relief role extremely well despite everyone knowing he is a Friday night ace pitcher.
