The I agree that was a bad call after the Yeldon call. But to go from that to the refs are bought and paid for . . . that's a little bit of a jump. I read your posts. I know you're a smart guy. Wouldn't there be some evidence or a major scandal if refs were getting paid to make calls? There's no evidence or reason to jump to unsubstantiated conspiracy theories.
You obviously didn't watch this game. Still have nothing to say about Quinn's drops, Dupree's drop and TD flub with him running out of bounds. 17 first downs, almost 200 yards rushing, the qb picked up firsts with his legs and with his as and would have has more if Quinn could catch a ball and Dupree knew where a sideline was.
I'm open to the evidence. There isn't any. Refs are human beings and they make bad calls all the time.
Yea 200 rushing yards and still cant pass worth a shit. Anyway, nice job pointing out 2 dropped passes. Need I remind you of the 15+ horribly thrown balls?
The defense through regulation gave les every chance to win the game. He's eating clock to keep the other offense off the field but I think he's shooting himself in the foot.
How about when in OT you have four downs to get 10 yards you don't throw the ball four times with a should-have-been-a-DB playing QB?
Like I said, when passing is not natural to your team, you cannot rely on it when you need it. People think rhythm is a word. These kids are never going to get chemistry with run run pas punt offensive drives/
1st and 10, pass in the flats was on target and dropped. 2nd and 10, fade pass, maybe not the right throw, didn't see his other options. 3rd and 10, crossing route was on target for first, d-back made a good play 4th and 10, ball in the end zone was on target, PI should have been, wasn't called. That's three out of 4 balls in OT where the QB play should have been sufficient. Other people have to do their jobs, too, and sometimes, the other team makes a play.
