NO! If we have to abide by the stupid ******* contract, then they should be forced to stick to 2:30. What if LSU & Alabama are in a similar position next season? Will ESPN have the ability to choose the game or would the snakes at CBS still find a way to make it a 2:30 game in Tiger Stadium? If we have to play day games due to the rules then everybody should have to do the same. Screw you CBS...NO DEAL! I really don't believe Alabama or LSU need your help to recruit.
bullsh!t, because you know if it were in Baton Rouge it would still be a freaking day game. CBS has ruined an LSU tradition.
Are you kidding us ... We cannot get a single game in TS for nights because of these CBS mooks ... and you want BAMA to get a night game I don't think so ... I want ... and NO DOUBT LES wants ... a day game! Reason: These gumps are gonna "geaux postal" when LSU beats their arses ... better it happens early and LSU and its fans get out safely. Prediction: If this game is played at night, the edge goes to BAMA and its majority of liquored-up rednecks ... I predict LSU will still win, but there will be UNTOLD VIOLENCE in the stadium and after on the grounds and many LSU fans will be victimized ... MARK IT!!! Nah, istlstl, we beat their arses early and we GET OUT!
Exactly right. Why would any Tiger fan want Bama to have this game at night? This is probably the only game we have ever played that I absolutely want played in the day. I wouldn't give a **** if it were a noon kickoff.
My question in all this... What dipchit at CBS decided Florida vs. Auburn would be the best option for their one contractually allowed night game? That person really dropped the ball.
A lot of people seem to think that moving the game to a night kickoff favors 'Bama. Night kickoffs are our tradition; given control of the start time, 'Bama usually kicks off in the afternoon. If this rumor is true, CBS is doing it strictly as a ratings ploy, not to slight LSU or give the gumps an advantage. If anything, it negates a little of Bama's homefield advantage, because it gives our team the chance to more closely duplicate its preferred home pre-game routine. Supa is right though; whoever at CBS thought it was a good idea to use their one night option on Florida/Auburn needs to be called on the carpet.
Thanks for the "AMEN" & "Hallelujah" diamondhead ... one thing I forgot in my post ... And when you leave the stadium and walk out ... walk fast, keep your head down and DON'T TALK ANY ***** NO MATTER WHAT ... get out of Alabama DRIVING THE SPEED LIMIT WITH YOUR LSU FLAGS HIDDEN DON'T STOP FOR GAS OR FLY THOSE LSU FLAGS UNTIL YOU HIT M I S S I S S I P P I OR THE "BEAR" (PUN INTENDED) WILL BITE YOUR ARSE
