I think it will be close but not sure we get a win. If we do ' finish second' let's remember even in a gut check fortunate win over the Jorts last week our deficiencies were clear - qb is sub par, o line weak, wr's coming around not there yet and defense has monumental issues at depth. Add Guice is little more than a shell of himself compared to '16 and Key, well-- Witness Protection Program. These deficiencies will appear every week from here on in. It doesn't mean the head coach is an imbecile. It doesn't mean job is too big for him. Currently he's playing Texas Hold 'em without any Aces.
Defense will be the key to how well LSU is able to compete. Auburn is completing over 72% of their passes. We have the secondary to lock down their receivers if everybody brings their A game.
