People are entitled to their own opinion bro. What is your love for the man? Is he your daddy? The man is a recruiter that is it. Nothing more nothing less. He’s a defensive line coach and our defensive line has played sub par sense he’s been head coach. I’m not going to say fire Coach O but things need to change and change fast.
I don't want Oeaux fired. He has earned the right to try to right the ship by next season. I never said anything about Stingley but just because he has been a great player in the past doesn't make him immune to criticism when he makes mistakes. Bo Pelini should have been fired after the Missouri game. Nobody expected the Tigers to equal 2019 and run the table but nobody expected the total lack of effort and disinterest among the players either. I don't know what it is. Maybe too much black lives and social justice and not enough football. Maybe it's mostly on the coaches. I don't know the answer and you don't either but calling long time fans bad fans is uncalled for.
I agree he won’t be fired. But I don’t have enough confidence that he will fix it, and I don’t think he should have to. It shouldn’t be this broken. His next successful coordinator hire will be his first. You can be optimistic, I’ll be realistic. I hope he has success, but he needs to show us 2019 wasn’t a fluke.
Execution is on the coaches too, but play calling can be tailored to your strengths and try to compensate for your weaknesses. Vanilla running game against AU was piss poor.
It was a fluke. We all know it. Whether we want to admit it or not, it was a fluke. Anybody in disagreement is in denial.
