Was an easy failure to maintain control call. Boutte took second hand off ball going down to brace for fall. Had he kept both hands and fell on back, they would have given TD to him.
No Offensive Identity. We try to throw & miss a lot, we're in Last place in the SEC in Rushing. When we complete a pass it's usually for about 4 yards, or it seems like it.
I don’t necessarily agree. Moving the ball from hands to body to free your hands to brace your fall doesn’t necessarily mean he lost control. Looked to me like more of a ball shift than loss of control. Plus, where is the indisputable evidence to overturn the call on the field of TD? There isn’t even a clear view. Wrong call.
Scott Linehan sucks. Our 3rd down specialist was 2-16. I know a big part of that is the shitty offensive line, but coming into the game, we were 22-66. So for the season, we're 24-82, or less than 30%. I realize Joe Brady's don't grow on trees, but I could do a better job then Linehan, at this point.
Real question is WTF do we need a 3rd down specialist? We were told brady wasnt the shot caller so minger could handle. How many other programs have a third down specialist? Ive never heard of that shit before the minger apologist started trying to make linh the escape goat.
Everything looks different in super slow mo. They called it correctly on the field. What about the play says, “incomplete pass”? Again, not even the proper camera angle to claim indisputable evidence sufficient to overturn the call on the field. I understand that you want to be fair, but it was wrong to overturn. By rule. Their rules, not our’s.
