That's only because their QB Moseley's negative 44 yards was subtracted from their total, and it doesn't look like we'll be seeing him this year...the truth is that every Auburn RB they used against us last year ran over us pretty good...Dyer averaged 5.0 a carry against us last year and McCalebb averaged 10.7 yards per carry against us last year...the only other Auburn players that carried the ball against us last year where their other QB Frazier and their WR Bray who had 1 carry for 8 yards ...and keep in mind Auburn didn't give Mason carries against us last year, and they add 3 new studs this year in the All-American FB Prosch, and the two RBs Blakely and Grant that redshirted last year As for how Auburn has done rushing this year... Last game v ULM... ...Auburn RB McCalebb ran for 128 yards and 11.64 yards per carry ...and Auburn RB Mason ran for 90 yards ...and Auburn RB Blakely ran for 32 yards and 10.67 yards per carry ...and ULM held star Arkansas RB Kniles Davis to 62 rushing and only 3.9 a carry. vs Clemson... ...Mason ran for 106 yards and 7.56 yards per carry ... and McCalebb ran for 82 and 6.83 yards per carry and Auburn hasn't even used Grant, yet now, Miss State held Auburn to 91 yards rushing, but you can throw those offensive results for Auburn out the window as worthless now that the Miss State DC and 2 defensive starters admitted they knew Auburn's play calls and knew exactly what play Auburn was going to run everytime the Auburn QB called out the play, as i pointed out earlier in the thread
Lets see if the offense can estabilish a good running game so we can try to hurt em with the passing game. Just glad to be able to see my tigers here in the Pacific Northwest!!!
the only reason i worry about games AT auburn is because they always seem to get questionable calls go their way. (cheaters)
