Great deal for both. 2023 is a long ways off. If KU shitcanned Les before paying him 6.5 we're back on the hook. Actually Les is assuming all the risk. 1.5 is 1% of our budget. Ku signed their last hc for 800k. Was making 1.7 when let go. Les should get about 2 mill Id imagine.

Plus washing our hands of this thing frees up money for alleva to throw on some shitty extension for Orgeron. Probably a little bump for Ensminger as well.

$1.3mil a year for 5 years (even if all guaranteed) is cheap for a power 5 coach.
