Personally, Oregon's experience with talented QBs the year after getting rid of Crowton is that all of a sudden they become Heisman candidates. JJ has plenty of talent and could very well light up Oregon with his arm come Sept 3rd. I do have to admit that just the fact that he snuck out with a bunch of teammates WITHIN two weeks of a big game sort of has me doubting LSU's focus for the game.
Don't doubt their focus.....it was the last of two a days, sort of a tradition. Besides come sept. 3rd, we will see exactly how focused they are......and I am looking soooooo forward to that! Hopefully my enthusiasim after the game matches the pre-game enthusiaism. Just looking forward to the battle of two top 5 teams!!
Yea, that's cool. If you guys didn't wear Husky colors, I could ALMOST buy an LSU jersey at some point. I don't think it would be wise from a survival stand point to be caught out in the woods wearing Purple and Gold in Oregon. I might get winged by a Beaver that's a bad shot or get laid cold by a Duck that's a bad shot. The beav would be shooting to kill, the Duck would be shooting to wing the husky and watch him suffer before I died.
Nah, it’s a tradition, it’s the end of fall camp, it’s the last weekend before school and studies begin, the guys were blowing off some steam and "boys being boys" - I don’t by any means think that this LSU program is any different from any other program....... they want to have as much as possible and holler at some women doing it. But one thing you can take to the bank, that when these players are with the confines of our athletic complex, they are 100% LSU Football, 100% about what CLM says, and 100% focused on ripping the heads off their next opponent, I have absolutely ZERO doubt in my mind that they are not focused, ZERO doubt! Davenport is no where near #2 on the depth chart and the least to worry about compared to all others. Johns isn't a big factor but expected to play some this year. Landry was headed to not taking a redshirt and contributing withthe WR at some point this year.
