    What keeps LSU out of a playoff, even if they win out and other teams lose, is that they will have 11 games AND no conference championship.

    I'm sure our players and coaches don't feel that way. Seriously, you are OK with 2nd best. I will never understand that kind of thinking. History? are you for real?

    I'd agree with that, they certainly don't have to be, but right now it's a fact.

    For most of 2000 - 2010 fact, now not so much.

    We had our decade, then Alabama went and hired the guy partially responsible for it.

    we will get in by attrition....that's shown by us slipping to only #9

    but that amount of attrition is probably too much without a Bama loss letting us in the back door of the SEC CG

    You have to figure that teams like Florida and Michigan State would jump us if they win out. So we're really not sitting at 9 for all intents and purposes.
