I think Miami and Ohio St are there strictly based on the SOS in conference. The ACC is REALLY weak and the Big 10 is the Big 10. Although equal to each other the Hairless Nuts are the class of that conference and usually skate throught it pretty easy. thus giving them an easier road to undefeated. And once at the game, anything can happen.
:geaux: Weakass ACC can be the ONLY reason why Miami would be ahead of us. Otherwise, I'm glad we're ahead of the Gumps! :LSU231:
I heard Desmond Howard today say he expected them to contend for the NC next year. Guess losing your senior QB really doesn't matter after all. Dez said so.
More like.. your best offensive linemen, senior QB, feature RB, center, both TEs, and a RG (I think Davis plays RG).
RE the ACC, also why Va Tech is ahead. They are generally a good team, but c'mon! Two ACC Teams ahead of us?! :tigereye:
