    Like others have pointed out, we have won more "National Titles" than just that one in 1908. Why don't we recognize them? The answer is because we are not Bama :lol:

    nationalchamps.net also records 1908 as an NC year. I've always counted it when I cite our NC's. We've got 4.

    We were also the first southern team to win a national championship in 1908. Before Bama or anyone else and I'm sure that was a big deal back in the day. Maybe some of the people on TF can enlighten us with what it was like back then :hihi:
