Wasnt that some of the worst officiating ever in that game, man! Indiana coach wasnt even smart enough to know he was getting the snow job.
Come on Okie. It is not impossible that bama crosses mid field and gets in field goal range at least once.
Nov.6 1982 b'ham. Legion Field Nov.10 1922 T-Town 47-3. We still talk about it at the home. Well, not really we.... more like me. But at my age it doesn't really matter I hear voices all the time.
Alabama takes kickoff, drives down the field and scores on a Mark Ingram touchdown run. A Jordan Jefferson interception in LSU territory leads to another Alabama touchdown run by Trent Richardson. LSU finds some offense and drives down the field to hit a Josh Jasper field goal. Bama takes the kickoff and drives the field for another touchdown run by Mark Ingram, and goes into halftime with a 21-3 lead. Trindon Holliday takes the 2nd half opening kick off to the house which flips a switch with LSU to make it 21-10 Bama early 3rd. Jordan Jefferson hits Tolliver over the middle and he breaks a few tackles and scores a touchdown late in the 3rd making the score 21-17. Midway through the 4th Russell Shepard takes the zone read option play out of shot gun 50 yards for a score giving LSU its first lead 24-21. Bama gets a field goal, LSU goes 3 and out, then late in the 4th, Bama sets up for a game winning field goal, and just like last year, the attempt is blocked, crushing Bama's dreams of a national championship. LSU wins 24-21.
I just had a heart attach reading that. Man, even we make them the Cardiac Cats. But I'll take it.:geaux: :LSU231:
god i hope youre right. i just dont think lsu will be able to stop bama from running and lsu wont be able to run. it all comes down to jj, and thats a tall order.
