I knew they did well, but am a little surprised it's that on point.

    Thanks.

PS - They couldn't list Loston on the depth chart as he hasn't even qualified to show up on campus yet (although is expected to in the coming days). So actually it looks like just the center position is in question and I would guess that no one has nailed it down just yet. I projected Lonergan starting at Center before Spring ball started.

still a lot of work to be done before the season, but there is nothing that I look at and say WTF at.

I never heard of the kid they have at backup FB, but outside of that, looks good.

I was gonna ask you who that was.

I gotta think Allen takes that spot after August is over with. I certainly hope so.

I can assure you Allen held the spot in the spring depth chart I saw, so maybe that was a hiccup on their part.

One of the changes that I think will eventually happen is Shepard at MLB over Cutrera and Colman starting at WLB.

Puts the speed on the field all the time.

Yeah that is probably the most intriguing aspect to this team, the depth chart at the LB spot. Shepard looked lost on the outside, and I would hope playing MLB might give him his best shot at seeing the field much better and not overreacting as he often did last season. Cutrera appears to be a solid backup option and nothing more.

Allen started school in January I presume? I can't remember who all the early enrollees were.

I don't know if he played in the spring or not. I didn't pay attention to the FBs. I saw a chart on the dry board in the coaches office, though.

Probably shouldn't have been where I was, but oh well. :hihi:

I had no clue who he was, but that Stampley dude was laying folks out in the spring game. He blew a couple holes wide open.

Not that that really means much for the season, but he obviously has some ability.

I do know the FB's role will be strictly for blocking on running downs this year, for the most part, so if he is a blocker, he can and will see the field.

Will be a lot more spread this year, outside of that.
