I tried to watch some of it and i cant believe that Miss St looked that bad. That running back Dixon is good but they didnt give him the ball enough.
I think State had about 5 turnovers. That might have had something to do with the outcome..... ldskule:
You're right. Five must be the breaking point. Four certainly didn't stop South Carolina from winning.
I watched much of this game and when you try to do something you're not good at you usually get beat. There were times it looked like Miss. St was trying to run the spread. Congrats to La Tech. I was pulling for ya. :thumb:
This really surprised me. I don't know if Tech has gotten that much better or Miss St was that bad. I do know the Tech QB looked good from parts of the game I watched and Miss St looked like crap.
Tech's QB is the qb from Ga. Tech. He's dang good. Dooley is also a good coach and seems to have gotten Ruston, LA to buy into what he's selling. Miss. St. on the other hand was just awful. Trying to pass too much when you've got two hawgs in the back field that could pound Tech into a win. I'm not sure what Croom and his staff were thinking. But oh well. Better them than us. :thumb:
