Ok so for number 6 for me it will give lawmakers another way to kick the can down the road and not make tough budget decisions, they will just be able to raid certain funds.

Funny, I thought I was lock step in line with you but I'm almost completey lock step against you. Here's how I planned to vote: 1. yes 2. yes 3. yes 4. no 5. yes 6. yes 4 is good in theory and will pass because everyone will see that it benefits widows of first responders but the law is too vague. There should be other requirements. What if the widow has $50 million and buys a $10 million house. Should they be exempt from taxes?
