Never mind the loss. What really gets me is Saban sticking in the knife and twisting it by leaving Henry in the game, and he finishes with 200+ yards. Yeah, I get it. Make the defense stop him -- at that point the defense was gassed. So now what happens -- Henry becomes the Heisman favorite?

This is Saban's business. He wants his guy winning the Heisman. He will do what it takes. There is no emotion to it.

I have to believe he becomes the front runner along with Dalvin Cook from Florida State.

It's just business. Henry win the Heisman and Bama beating LSU on national TV is good for recruiting. That's why Bama always has the #1 class.

With only a 2 TD lead? I don't think Saban was out of line there.

Saban can play anyone he wants when he wants. But, Henry was still going late in the 4th to bolster his Heisman chances. It is what it is...but, as I said in another thread, it felt personal. If only Les would get pissed and do something about it. Those days may be behind us.
