Newsflash....people of the same race can be racist against each other. Both ends of the spectrum in terms of skin color can cause racist attitudes among black women. Lighter toned women can be considered "not dark enough" while women who have very dark skin can be called really ugly words like "monkey"....and that's among black women.
No doubt. White people laugh at people who are "too white" as without a tan. Black people point out others who are "dark."
Yes, just like the lady arrested for posting online that they need to start killing white cops. It doesn't matter that the entire city leadership is black and that half of the cops involved are black, everything is still honky's fault!
The other thing that could come back to haunt the prosecution is the very short time it took for Mosby to receive "relevant" information and then announce the filing of charges. It was around 24 hours. In a case involving 6 officers, allegations of racism, and with potential for plenty of evidence, why the rush other than political pandering? There is no way that even initial interviews could have been conducted, nor much more than a cursory look at a limited amount of evidence. The Duke lacrosse case was landmark in terms of rushing to judgement and now Mosby could be putting this case under the same scrutiny. I also sense a big fight over a change in venue. Either way, Mosby really needs to recuse herself and let the process play out.
