I can't figure out where peoples' valid reasons to be pissed get disconnected with their actions. In the last year I am just appalled by the number of questionable actions by policemen. There's definitely a problem. These rioters though, they make many unable to empathize with the movement when they advance the stereotype that is at the root of the problem.
Hmmm, I am outraged. Should I loot that 70 inch HD TV? Nah. Too heavy. I'll just stock up in toilet paper instead.
So this isn't about treatment of black people? A black kid gets killed by a cop and the city goes bananas... Why do you think that is? It matters because the same "system" they are lashing out against have black people in charge. AKA its not a race issue. At least, it shouldn't be.
