O needs to be Assistant HC and Recruiting Coordinator.

Frank Wilson is a very good individual one on one recruiter. Although his classes are highly ranked, they're very unbalanced. Not enough SEC Championship caliber/quality LB's, DL's, OL's and QB's.

If some position coaches aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing in regards to recruting, (Chavis, Haley, Ensminger) then it's the responsibility for the RC to identify deficiencies and fix them. FW didn't do that and that's why LSU is short on DL's, LB's, OL's and QB's. By all means keep Frank on the staff, but let O take over as RC.....................

Agree with Shane, stick around, at least thru the LSU-UW game. Also, you are right to recommend not judging someone after their first game - easy to do around here.

So, if he was player last year, what happened? Why wasn't he hired a year ago? Why did we waste an entire season with that schmuck Steele? I mean seriously, Kevin Steele is about as unproven as anyone we have had, save Mallory and Peveto.
