looks like November 8th will be the game of the year in the SEC. The one thing I don't understand from the author is how LSU can have one of the best Defenses nationally but Mississippi State will have the best defense in the SEC West ? :insane:

OK, I was pulling for Crooms, but, no more. If the media is sniffing his jock this bad, how nauseating will it be if he ever has any success?

Saban is not known for his offensive prowess...and they lost Major Applewhite to Texas.

Where is this sudden upsurge in offensive productivity going to come from? Not to mention the fact that they will be facing ALL of the SEC's top defenses PLUS Clemson OOC (certainly not a cupcake defense).

Their offensive numbers will suffer from their schedule alone. Top 3 offense in the SEC? Florida will probably be number one followed closely by Georgia if Stafford puts an entire season together. LSU will have a dangerous offense simply on the backs of the runners, OL, and Crowton...QB or no QB. Auburn has a new spread system that looked frightening in the postseason...and a whole off-season to work out some kinks.

I'd say top five is reasonable, but only considering the complete lack of seasoned offensive talent in the rest of the SEC this year. They might have top three numbers if they traded Clemson for another cupcake and Georgia for Vandy or something like that.

    This guy is a joke.
    Auburn 4th???
Alabama winning the west? Just because he had a great recruiting class, is that why?

Although they did scare the crap out of us last year. Maybe he is on to something?

Naaahhhhh! If Auburn, MSU, and LSU have these great defenses how is Bama going to cope beating all 3.
