off topic but i'll take sixth over bourbon street any day of the week, month, year, decade... you get the point. beale street in memphis is pretty even, but bourbon street is vastly overrated. there are other parts in new orleans that i would take over ANY place in the world though. bourbon just isn't my scene. :redface: btw lasalle... i used to really dig 311 back in the day.
I find it rather funny that none of the UT posters can figure out that he is a LSU fan, and even funnier that none of them have a real arguement to be able to stand on.
This. I friggin' hate Bourbon St. It's nothing but tourists, trash, and fights. 6th St. is a lot more my speed, although I remember liking 4th St. (I think) even better. It may have been 5th, can't quite remember. . .the street that Ginger Man and Plush are on. At any rate, it's funny watching those Horns spout off how much they think they know about LSU. NO ONE is touting Sheppard as a possible starting QB. Oh, and I love the line about 'We're Texas.' Yep, that really helped y'all out in Omaha, didn't it? Wonder if that's what Augie told the cop when he was getting taken in for DUI.
