While Tedford has a lofty rep in some circles for his developement of QB's, the QB scouts know that they will have to totally redo the guys mechanics so that he doesn't hold the ball so high and can throw with more authority and also throw a better pass downfield. And like SabaFan said, stats should be the last thing scouts look at when deciding who to base their future on, just ask the guys who drafted Klinger and Ware from Houston.
