The difference between 1 and 5 in these subjective recruiting rankings is miniscule. Bama was going to have the number 1 class, the fix is in. I'm excited for the young men who chose to become Tigers. The rest are Tiger bait.
Westwood is "nice." I toured the UCLA campus last summer--we always do that when we're near a major university. The campus was beautiful. I felt the same way about the Stanford education for him. He was on an honors math track all the way back in middle school, so I know he has the brains to do well in Palo Alto.
We signed three linebackers and have a couple of others that could be OLB's in a 3-4 defense. I agree, we needed more. I wanted 5, but 3 isn't terrible.
I actually meant the town of Westwood, lol. Their campus is pretty, not up there with UDub or Furd. IMO, the biggest drawback for a football player going to ucla, outside of the ugliest uniforms behind the Terps, is the lack of a home field advantage. The Rose Bowl is a grand place but it's old as shit and in bad shape. Plus it's nowhere near close to campus so you get no boost from tailgating, short travel, etc. All that and you have to share fight song music with kal.
