    Slightly off topic here but I am wondering peoples opinions on the eye vs the tiger head on the helmet? Ive been disappointed since 2005 or whenever it was that they changed the logo in the first place, and then since then Ive never seen a sports team change their logo so often. The whole thing was a terrible idea IMO, to me the helmet head should have been our logo all along. Im glad its somewhat visible again on tv but its still all too rare to find gear with it online (other than Nike shirts and hats).

    I don't ever want the eye to change at midfield. I'm a traditionalist when it comes to lsu unis.

    Wish we still played Eye of the Tiger like we used to. That always got the crowd going.

    I want the midfield eye forever, and our helmet logo to remain as is, except for an occasional throwback game when we go with jersey numbers.

    Maybe one day we can play a game where we use the jersey letter-number system of 1952
