Going for 2 in the 3rd quarter, never a good call and utimately accounted for a 4 point swing. 2. calling timeouts to save a 5 yard penalty.( one of which was 3rd & 25) 3. going for a block with 6 minutes left in a game down less than a TD 4. if the sideline reporter for cbs was correct in saying that JJ was fine but they were going to continue with the "hot hand", well ????
You can't go for 2 that early in a game. Because you simply can't predict what will happen from that point forward. It's one of my biggest pet peeves. What perplexes me is that Les actually calls for 1 and then immediately says 2. Was that the call from upstairs and Crowton?
I have a hard time believing we would not have put Jefferson back out there if he was healthy enough.
