I didn't see this anywhere, but the Lake Charles boys are kicking booty in the LLWS and I think are in the American Finals with a win over Florida today.
I have not been able to watch with the olympics and all but that is pretty exciting stuff. Apopka (right outside Orladno) made it a couple of years ago and I have to tell you it was more fun! The bars and restaurants were packed all with the games on in stereo! To see a whole bar/restaurant all rooting for the same team in Florida is unlikely at best so it was a fun time to watch everybody pull together to root for these kids.
That's because most wouldn't consider the LLWS a "professional" sport. :wave: On a more serious note, there's a thread in the Roundtable.
Sorry for you people who haven't gotten DVR yet. I DVR'ed the olymipics everyday so I didn't have any more room on it for anything else the last two weeks, so I haven't watched anything else.
